What will your typical day look like?  

As a Director, you will help build our award-winning SAP practice. You will be the main liaison with clients while leading cross-functional transformation teams to deliver complex system implementations and software engineering solutions.

• Write RFP and sell large complex SAP programs.
• Architect large complex SAP programs of work
• Delivery large complex SAP programs of work
• Collaborate and effectively manage large teams
• Prepare for and lead client facing workshops
• Understand the best-practice scope & be able to talk to clients in adopting these
• Develop & execute a program plan for an SAP SCM and whole of program architecture
• Provide training to users and fellow consultants
• Become an active part of the Deloitte cloud community

Deloitte's Enterprise Application SAP practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.

We are seeking a talented Senior SAP SCM Director to become a critical member of Deloitte’s growing SAP practice. This role will require you to work on client sites, supporting them throughout the whole project life cycle from Blueprint to Go Live and Support.

Outside of your client facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s SAP practice. We are looking for leaders of the future, and we offer training to ensure every Consultant has the potential to make it to the top. • Applicants will need to hold current Australian Work rights to apply for this role 

You are someone with:

• Min 15+ years of experience in a similar role
• Capability to lead design, build, tests, deploy for a 15+ people supply chain team with deep technical and functional experience across SAP SCM (MM/LE/EWM/TM)
• Demonstrated experience in architecting and delivering large complex S/4HANA programs of work
• Demonstrated experience in running large teams, controlling scope and managing budget constraints. Good management requires CR raised. Experience in raising and negotiating CR’s.
• Must have deep client engagement skills/expertise
• Additional cross function experience is required and proves the depth and knowledge and experience required for a Director role.
• SAP Certification required
• Strong communication & presentation skills - both written and verbal - and the ability to lead a team
• A strong belief in our values
• Must have lead large RFP and won work
• Demonstrated experience in build strong long-lasting client relationships
