What will your typical day look like?
As a Project Finance Manager, you will:
-
Partner closely with Development Management teams to provide day‑to‑day commercial and financial leadership across residential, commercial and retail development projects, supporting sound decision‑making.

Oversee end-to-end project accounting and project statutory submission for development projects, including capital expenditure tracking and compliance with IFRS/AASB standards.

Manage project profit, cost and cash performance, including forecasting, variance analysis and identification of opportunities to optimise commercial outcomes.

Oversee accounting, reporting and compliance requirements for development projects, ensuring accurate financial governance and alignment with internal and external obligations.

Engage with capital and joint‑venture partners, delivering clear financial insights, responding to commercial queries and supporting project governance forums.

Collaborate with develop offshore delivery teams.
- Your ability to combine technical accounting expertise with strategic thinking will be essential.

You are someone with:

Proven industry experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting and financial control with minimum 7 years of experience in project accounting, ideally within the real estate development sector.

Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

Proven ability to manage large-scale property development projects and associated financial controls.

Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) and planning tools (Hyperion, Anaplan).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinking with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.

CA, CPA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
