What will your typical day look like?  

This role is pivotal in shaping and executing Deloitte’s Integrated Value Propositions (IVP’s).  IVP’s represent the firm’s most important go to market priorities built around critical issues our clients are facing, where Deloitte is best positioned to impact. Working closely with our Executive Leadership, Program Sponsors, and Strategic Marketing team, you will drive and monitor the continual progress of these market leading and winning propositions through exceptional program management. You will plan and program manage key priorities and strategic projects required to activate the IVP strategy, proactively connecting teams from across the business to enhance offerings and solutions. Driving strong commercial outcomes is key to the IVPs, and supporting sales activity, pipeline management and organising funding for priority pursuits will be an important part of your day-day. You will work closely with program leaders to drive and scale the IVPs, monitoring and iterating strategy and project plans and generating executive reporting on qualitative and financial program results.

You are someone with: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in a strategic program manager role (account management, BD or sales experience will also be highly regarded)
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritise and problem solve to navigate roadblocks and drive programs forward
  • The ability to work independently, to self-identify critical actions required and communicate confidently to program leadership
  • Exemplary Stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes and drive collaboration across a matrix structure
  • A commercial mindset, with understanding of the voice of the client and adaptability to Deloitte’s go to market approach 
  • A collaborative and creative approach to internal engagement and teaming
  • Professional service experience or experience working within a multi-hierarchal organisation
