We are seeking a strategic, collaborative PMO Director/ Associate Director to serve as a force multiplier for the Delivery Transformation Leader and a catalyst for cross-functional success. This role will help steer a high-impact transformation agenda by aligning priorities, driving execution, and fostering collaboration across Participating Firms (PFs) and senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence the firm’s delivery evolution at scale.

What will your typical day look like? 
In this role, you’ll be:
•    Amplify Leadership Impact: Serve as a strategic partner to the Delivery Transformation Leader, extending leadership capacity by driving clarity, alignment, and execution across senior stakeholders and teams.
•    Enable Team Effectiveness: Act as a connector and enabler within the Delivery Transformation team—removing barriers, surfacing insights, and catalysing collaboration to accelerate outcomes and deliver measurable impact.
•    Drive Strategic Execution: Translate vision into action through pragmatic transformation plans, clear prioritization, and agile planning. Align efforts with firm-wide goals and enable sustained momentum.
•    Influence Through Expertise: Partner across workstreams to shape thinking, inform decisions, and provide a strategic lens on key transformation components.
•    Communicate with Purpose: Craft and deliver compelling presentations to Area leadership, partners, and working teams that build alignment, clarity, and ownership around transformation progress and objectives.
•    Measure What Matters: Oversee program performance through robust tracking of milestones, budgets, and risk indicators. Use data-driven reporting to anticipate challenges and guide adjustments.
•    Optimize Shared Resources: Strategically manage capacity across workstreams, coordinating resources to meet shifting priorities and enabling flexible deployment based on skills and need.
•    Coordinate Across the Ecosystem: Facilitate coordination across eight Participating Firms, working closely with PF Delivery Transformation Leads to embed and scale delivery transformation levers.
•    Proactively Manage Risk: Maintain visibility of dependencies and risks, guiding teams through proactive mitigation strategies and enabling timely escalation when needed.
•    Support Strategic Dialogue: Develop leadership materials and decision-support content that enables informed discussions at the highest levels and ensures program transparency and momentum.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: 
•    10+ years of experience in project, programme, or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale transformation initiatives. 
•    A strong collaborator with a strategic mindset and deep organizational awareness
•    A problem solver who thrives in complexity and brings clarity to ambiguity.
•    A relationship builder who can influence without authority and earn trust across diverse stakeholders.
•    A results-driven leader who balances long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
