We’re seeking experienced HRIS specialists—those who have worked hands-on with Oracle or other leading HR systems—who want to leverage their technical expertise to design and deliver solutions for some of the world’s leading organisations. What Will Your Day Look Like?
As an Oracle Functional Consultant, you’ll work with clients to design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions. Your knowledge of HR processes and system functionality will be key to solving complex challenges and driving business transformation.

In this role, you will:

  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring solution alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess and Architect Tailored Solutions: Analyse business requirements and design solutions that are both innovative and practical, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Drive Innovation and Quality Execution: Lead system configuration, testing, and implementation activities, ensuring solutions meet high quality standards and deliver measurable results.
  • Foster Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with team members, share best practices, and mentor less experienced consultants.

We're seeking candidates who are ready to influence the next generation of HR tools and are excited to work together to create technology that truly meets the needs of today’s workforce. Your expertise in the below could be the key to transforming HR for the better:

  • Deep Understanding of HR Processes: Strong knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Process Management: Experience in managing or improving HR processes and workflows, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
  • Involvement in HR Tech Projects: Previous involvement in the implementation, or management of HR technology solutions, even if in a supporting role.

Bonus Skills:

  • HRIS/HRMS Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle HCM Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
