What will your typical day look like?


You will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering end-to-end Oracle data solutions, particularly specialising in data migration and analytics. On any given day, you might lead a workshop to gather and document data requirements, design source-to-target mapping specifications, or collaborate closely with our clients to ensure successful data migration outcomes. You’ll use your technical skills in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle SQL, and other Oracle data tools to develop robust, scalable solutions. As a leader, you’ll guide junior consultants, helping them grow technically and professionally, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders, clearly translating technical details into actionable business insights. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about data, experienced in migration projects, and confident leading technical teams. You’ll thrive in consulting environments, comfortably engaging with senior stakeholders and effectively managing project delivery.

 

Your client-facing skills:

 

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow teams of junior and senior consultants.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end data migration projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Strong consulting background, skilled at business-process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship-management skills.
  • Clear, concise, and compelling verbal and written communication, adaptable across technical and non-technical audiences.

 

Your technical experience:

 

  • 5+ years working hands-on with data migration and/or data projects—ideally using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle SQL, and related Oracle data tools.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing source-to-target mappings, data transformations, reconciliation strategies, and data-quality remediation.
  • Strong foundational skills in Oracle databases, SQL and data modelling.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and dimensional modelling principles (Kimball, star schema), as well as enterprise data management (data governance, data quality).
  • Exposure to analytics solutions and methodologies, such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), BI Publisher, or similar platforms.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly pick up new tools and methodologies as required by project needs.

 

Your technical experience:

 

  • Previous exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion ERP data migrations.
  • Experience integrating solutions within multi-cloud environments (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, AWS).
