What will your typical day look like?
You thrive in the dynamic world of digital products and services, actively identifying the needs and wants of both customers and businesses across HCM software solutions. You pinpoint the specific requirements a solution must fulfil to address these demands, navigating the associated complexities and rules. Serving as the link between business, technology, and creative teams, you collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure the delivery of successful products and projects. Your focus is on recognising and driving improvement opportunities, always aiming to enhance the customer experience while aligning with strategic business objectives.
About the team
The Deloitte team provides a complete range of specialised services across the world’s foremost Human Resources, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions including industry leaders SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and Kronos and we are recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services and support.
- Assist with managing the support ticket queue, helping to ensure tickets are actioned quickly, prioritised appropriately, and moved forward towards resolution.
- Act as a point of contact between support staff and customers, helping to maintain clear communication about priorities, status updates, and expectations.
- Participate in incident management activities for high-priority incidents, supporting technical teams and helping drive incidents through structured resolution processes.
- Contribute to and preparing for regular support team meetings, discussing ticket status, workload distribution, risks, and escalations.
- Join and prepare for operational meetings with the customer, providing updates on service performance, incident trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Help analyse data from the Service Management tool to produce reports that assist with workload planning, performance monitoring, trend analysis, and continuous improvement.

You should be:
Someone who has experience or an interest in Human Capital and the areas within Personal/Employee Data, Learning Management, Performance Management, Onboarding, Recruitment, Payroll and Reporting
- Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively manage expectations and competing priorities
- Enjoy investigating errors and working with a team of specialists to identify root cause
- Understands when to escalate
- A sound knowledge of Australian legislation, compliance and reporting requirements and/or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion
