What will your typical day look like?
As a National WHS Manager you will report to the National Director WHS/ER in a highly flexible team, where you and the Senior Consultant WHS will be working closely with the broader business and talent teams to help educate, guide and support them with compliance, managing strategic imperatives and incident investigations by taking a leading role in ensuring consistent processes and procedures are implemented nationally. You will oversee and report on the firms WHS key metrics and assist with workers compensation policies and claims management working in tandem with Return to Work Coordinators.
You will be agile, approachable, and pragmatic in your interactions with our diverse stakeholders. Empathy, flexibility and resilience are keys to success in this role.

You are someone with:
• A strong WHS foundation with an ability to think strategically and translate this into practical operational outcomes to promote a positive WHS culture
• Proven ability to develop and execute on WHS Strategy and provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on WHS.
• Strong ability to develop and drive governance processes including audits, incident management and continuous process improvement
• The ability to provide specialist support to all internal stakeholders
• Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills
• The ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems
• A collaborative and consultative approach
• The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
