About the team

We know that Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) are a huge deal for businesses, so whether the focus is on growth through acquisitions or increasing shareholder value through strategic divestments, we support clients from start to finish.

Our M&A practice advises corporate, financial and private investors on local and cross border mergers & acquisitions. Our end-to-end integrated offering of M&A advisory, due diligence, valuations, structuring and M&A consultancy services supports clients throughout their M&A lifecycle to maximise deal value on every transaction

You will drive the thinking of Corporate and Private Equity clients to uncover the true strategic and operational capability of acquisitions or divestments.

As a member of the team, you will also be involved with:

  • Shape the Strategy and Identify the Deal: Our advisors help define an M&A strategy that evaluates the changing industry landscape to identify opportunities and targets for growth, while aligning to the client's enterprise’s corporate strategy.

  • Deliver The Promised Returns: Integrating or divesting involves an additional set of challenges – costs, timelines and disruption to business as usual. Our lead advisors drive and deliver Day 1, end-state planning and integration needs.
  • Transform & Realise Greater Value: We support clients to evolve for the future by assessing potential disruptors and transformational opportunities. We encourage clients to pursue these in parallel with the deal to redefine their organisation - Transform While You Transact.
