The Integration & Separation team are considered the “deal navigators”. This team works with large listed and multinational companies to answer the critical questions related to each stage of the transaction. 


What will you get to do?
You will get the opportunity to work on exciting and varied projects to build your skills to link strategic and financial advice to tangible outcomes, support Corporate and Private Equity clients in the assessment of potential merger synergies and carve-outs, and stand-alone performance improvements. Build upon your financial analysis and modelling skills and be coached by senior members of the team to develop strategy recommendations and prepare compelling business cases. Sound interesting?

Are you someone who wants to work within a dynamic environment, learn how to navigate deals and work with some of Australia’s top market organisations? We are looking for Graduates with:

  • Strong writing, research and analytical skills
  • Confidence and willing to learn "go to market"" presentation/selling skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team. 
  • Degrees in either: Commerce/Finance/Accounting - Combined with Engineering or Combined with Law
  • Australian permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand citizenship
