What will your typical day look like?

As the Salesforce Data Cloud Technical Program Lead, you will own the delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate Data Cloud with marketing and advertising technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time customer insights.

Your deep technical knowledge will guide best-practice integration approaches, data architecture, and automation strategies. You are motivated by learning new technologies and driving innovation in data-driven marketing ecosystems.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the full delivery lifecycle of enterprise-level Salesforce Data Cloud programs, including discovery, solution design, implementation, client onboarding, and training
  • Apply hands-on technical expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modelling, integration, and platform capabilities, while managing technical and delivery constraints
  • Confidently lead complex client engagements and manage cross-functional teams of MarTech specialists, data engineers, and developers to deliver program objectives
  • Oversee multiple workstreams within Salesforce Data Cloud projects, managing dependencies, risks, and quality assurance to ensure successful delivery
  • Design innovative, scalable MarTech solutions that meet immediate client needs and support long-term strategic goals
  • Foster a collaborative team environment through coaching, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise:

  • Experience in Salesforce MarTech program or project leadership roles with deep hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, and associated technologies such as APIs, ETL processes, and scripting languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript)
  • Proven experience with data governance, identity resolution, and real-time data activation within Salesforce ecosystems
  • Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Platform Developer are highly desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively liaise with business, technical teams, and executive sponsors.
