What will your typical day look like?
As a Marketing and Events Consultant, you will coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, events and client experience initiatives that enhance Deloitte's brand and strengthen client relationships. Working closely with Partners, stakeholders and external vendors, you'll manage audience targeting through the firms marketing automation platforms and other approved technologies, build target lists, oversee invitations and RSVP management, coordinate campaign activities and deliver end-to-end events, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and compliant.
You'll also help create engaging client experiences by tailoring events to business objectives, identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and leveraging AI and technology to enhance delivery. As part of an agile marketing team, you'll contribute to continuous improvement across campaigns and events while ensuring every interaction delivers value for our clients.

We're looking for someone who brings a combination of event management expertise, marketing coordination skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience coordinating and delivering events, marketing campaigns or client engagement programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems or event technologies to manage audience targeting, invitations and campaign delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams, Partners and external vendors.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, budgets and deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors and clients.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and exceptional client experiences.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset, with a continuous improvement approach and interest in leveraging AI and technology to enhance delivery.
