We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Growth team under our Relationship Pillar. This role will be a parental leave cover for approximately 10 months. We are open to candidates from Melbourne or Sydney.
What will your typical day look like?
Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of exceptional client programs and experiences. This includes (but not limited to) event coordination and management, digital marketing and developing collateral.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support process improvements to deliver efficiency, effectiveness and value, including reporting to support activity and enhance event planning
- Managing stakeholders to support activities and communicate clearly in line with stakeholder expectations and demonstrate an understanding of stakeholder priorities and manage accordingly
- Supporting with the delivery of experiences on time and in budget
- Ad-hoc marketing support across other client experiences

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as generalist marketing professional with experience in marketing coordination, as well as exposure to relationship building, events, internal communication and/or digital/social media channels
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to organise tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive self-starter with enthusiasm to deliver exceptional end-to-end event and program delivery
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to support the rollout of marketing plans/activations
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and complex environments
