We are seeking a talented Manager to join our Operations & Business Transformation team based in Sydney. This is a permanent role that will support you in growing your career, working across a number of exciting client projects and an opportunity to be part of a market-leading team.

 

 

What will your typical day look like?  

 

This is an exciting career opportunity for a career focused Manager to join our Banking & Insurance Operation Transformation and immerse yourself in the Operations, Industry and Domain Solutions. This role will see you engage directly with high profile banking clients on their most important and challenging business issues and addressing and solving their priority operational problems and collaborate with Adam Pimperton to deliver extraordinary results for our clients.

 

You will work alongside a talented team, applying your expertise to solve complex client problems. Your passion for continuous learning along with your ability to communicate and build strong relationships, will position you as a trusted advisor with your clients. Known for your strong project management skills and your ability to perform under pressure, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions.

 

 

About the team 

 

Deloitte’s Tech and Transformation client service team supports some of Deloitte’s largest clients nationally across a variety of industries.
You will report directly to the Partners / Directors in Tech & Transformation and work with Operations, Industry and Domain Solutions team who prioritise client success.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

  • Lead strategy, transformation, and operations projects, delivering results that drive meaningful change for clients in the banking and financial services industries.
  • Deliver business transformations, redefine operating models, execute service design and service delivery at Australia’s largest banks
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define objectives, manage project deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of banking processes to identify areas for operational improvement and transformation.
  • Apply data fluency and process optimisation / transformation knowledge to inform strategy and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and expanding client relationships.
  • Draw on Deloitte’s unique capabilities in Process and Workflow Optimisation using Process Mining, Process Automation and Process Digitisation
