What will your typical day look like?  

As a manager, you will lead a team in OneStream enterprise performance management implementations.  Managing teams and our clients to scope, design and implement a wide range of planning, budgeting and reporting on the OneStream Platform.  You will lead different project teams to assist our clients in their digital finance and planning transformation journey.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you 

You may have all or some of the following

Qualifications:

  • 4+years of Corporate / Finance experience in leading and/or implementing one or more EPM technologies (Oracle Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream, etc.)  
  • 2+ years relevant experience implementing OneStream
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working in professional services or consulting, on digitally enabled transformation of process and service delivery improvements   

Preferred:

  • An advanced degree is preferred
  • Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
  • Accounting background, advanced accounting technical skills including month end close and consolidation experience
  • Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
  • A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and  implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
  • Willingness to mentor junior staff
  • Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
  • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to collaborate with clients
