About the opportunity

The Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing team at Deloitte is expanding and we are looking for two Managers to join our team.


In these roles, reporting to the National Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing Leader, you will play an essential role in designing and delivering on a range of strategic initiatives, projects and programs across our portfolio. 


The portfolio is exciting and expansive and covers inclusion and inclusive leadership, key areas of diversity such as Accessibility, Gender Equity, Cultural Inclusion and LGBTI Inclusion, Flexible Work and the Mental health and Wellbeing portfolio which spans across mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about the business case for Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing. You will have strong experience in a similar role with a proven track record of designing and delivering market leading programs and initiatives within a fast paced and dynamic environment.


You’ll have:

  • Outstanding project management experience
  • Confident and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome barriers and execute
  • The experience and ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Strong analytical skills
