We are seeking a talented Manager to join our Healthcare Operations team based in Sydney. This is a permanent role that will support you in growing your career, working across a number of exciting client projects and an opportunity to be part of a market-leading team. 

 

 

What will your typical day look like?

 

This is an exciting career opportunity for a career focused Manager to join our Healthcare Operations team and immerse yourself in turning strategies into measurable and sustainable results. In this role you’ll face complex challenges that range from transformation in response to market demands through to disruption from technology advances such as robotics and cognitive automation that drive them to rethink customer experience and the efficiencies that can be gained from operations and collaborate with the partners to deliver extraordinary results for our clients.

 

You will work alongside a talented team, applying your expertise to solve complex client problems. Your passion for continuous learning along with your ability to communicate and build strong relationships, will position you as a trusted advisor with your clients. Known for your strong project management skills and your ability to perform under pressure, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions.

 

 

About the team  

Deloitte’s Healthcare Operations client service team supports some of Deloitte’s largest clients nationally across a variety of industries.

 

You will report directly to the partners/directors in Healthcare Operations, and work with high calibre executives and senior leaders, both in Australia and internationally, who are faced with the requirement to transform their operations to increase productivity, lower costs and restructure their business models to get the most out of their workforce and assets to remain competitive and prioritise client success

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

 

  • Engage directly with senior clients across health and adjacent industries on their most important and challenging business issues and addressing and solving their priority operational problems
  • Work with a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive quality and performance through their business operations
  • Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of complex operations management and the ability to several client projects
  • Understanding of key technologies, digitisation and AI impacts to the sector
  • This role requires proven people management capabilities, exceptional team leadership skills and the ability and desire to develop others in their careers
  • Draw on Deloitte’s unique capabilities in design thinking, digital, data and analytics, Deloitte Access Economics and experience from our global consulting network.
  • A career in Operations Advisory means you will be working alongside Australia’s leaders solving the toughest problems – you will never have a boring day
