We are seeking an exceptional Manager/ Growth Business Partner to join the Growth Enablement team! This an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contribute to major opportunities, and set Deloitte apart in the market.
What will your typical day look like?
The Business Unit (BU) Growth Business Partner is a strategic advisor and facilitator, connecting Firm-Growth-BU strategy and operational execution, ensuring alignment and driving outcomes.
The BU Growth Business Partner assumes day-to-day responsibility for BU growth priorities and objectives, including the managing strategic priorities and projects, connecting capabilities within Growth Enablement, executing transformation initiatives, providing strategic advice and counsel to the BU Growth leader, and driving accountability across the program of work. The BU Growth Business Partner can speak confidently to BU subject matter and is accountable for nurturing relationships critical to the success of BU activation of our firm’s market choices.
About the team
Growth exists to help our people win in market. It does so by informing our market choices shaped by clients’ issues, building a community of diverse client leaders, growing and strengthening client relationships, winning our most critical pursuits and creating and activating differentiated brand positioning.
The Growth Enablement team drives and delivers the strategic programs, transformations and other activities that activate the Growth strategy of the firm. Growth Enablement is organised around four domains (Sales, Clients & Relationships, Industries& Sectors and Brand & Marketing) with cross-Domain collaboration and alignment to our firm's strategic choices a central to our ways of working.
The position reports to the Director, Industries & Sectors with a strong dotted line to the BU Growth Leader.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
- Experienced program manager (essential) and strategist (desired)
- Strategy capabilities, including business strategy development experience with a focus on market analysis and alignment to Business Unit capabilities
- Business performance analysis and reporting experience including demonstrated ability to derive insight from data
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and develop strategic communications and presentations suitable for an executive audience
- Manage and engage with a complex and matrix stakeholder group effectively
- Project management experience (specifically working with matrix reporting structures) would be advantageous
