Sydney, NSW, AU
- Lead risk and regulatory transformation for some of Australia's most iconic financial services organisations, from banks to superannuation funds to insurers
- Be part of market-leading projects with global scale and complexity
- Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters
This is a Manager opportunity in our Risk and Regulatory team in Sydney, helping Australia's largest financial institutions maintain trust and navigate significant change.
What will your typical day look like?
You'll advise clients on their governance, risk, controls and compliance frameworks, embedding leading practice and helping them respond to emergent risks and shifting regulation. This is complex, high-stakes work, from operating model redesign to major enterprise transformation like mergers, demergers and operational resilience programs.
The organisations you'll work with are household names, and the decisions you help shape protect customers, shareholders, employees and the wider community. You'll present insights and recommendations directly to Senior Management and Executive stakeholders, turning deep analysis into advice that genuinely moves the needle.
Alongside client delivery, you'll lead high-performing project teams, taking ownership of quality, client service and project financials. You'll coach and develop junior colleagues, build your profile in the market, and contribute to the growth of the broader practice.
