Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation team as a Manager, where you'll help organisations reshape their finance function and deliver smarter, more connected business outcomes.

What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you'll lead the delivery of large-scale finance transformation programs, working with client CFOs and finance leaders to define strategy, design future operating models, and improve the way finance supports the business. That can include redesigning structures and processes, embedding stronger business partnering, and enabling change through technology solutions across finance and accounting.

A big part of your impact will come from helping clients turn transformation ambition into practical outcomes. You'll bring leading practice insight across finance processes, data, and technology, including ERP and EPM solutions spanning planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, profitability, cost management, and performance analytics.

Alongside client delivery, you'll help grow the practice by spotting business development opportunities and shaping them into tangible outcomes. You'll also lead from the front with your team - coaching, mentoring, and creating an environment where people can do great work and keep building their careers.

About the team

Deloitte's Finance Transformation team helps CFOs respond to disruption, modernise the finance function, and create more value across the organisation. The team works across the full transformation journey - from future state design through to technology-enabled implementation and transformation assurance - combining strategy, process improvement, finance expertise, and tools such as ERP, EPM, robotics, and artificial intelligence to deliver measurable outcomes.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• 8+ years of experience in corporate or finance organisations, including 4+ years in professional services or consulting

• Experience leading integrated finance transformation programs across operating model design, process improvement, data, and technology

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, with the ability to bring leading practice thinking to client challenges

• Experience with ERP and/or EPM solutions that support planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, profitability, cost management, and analytics

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders

• Experience leading teams and driving transformation initiatives through complexity and change

• A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in coaching and developing others

• Exposure to robotics and artificial intelligence in a finance transformation context would be valued
