About the Team
Our Engineering Strategy & Architecture team partners with clients to align technology strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, and operating models with business objectives—shaping technology-enabled transformations that deliver measurable outcomes. We translate ambition into executable roadmaps, robust architectures, and value-focused delivery models.
We are leaders in Generative AI, helping clients accelerate innovation, reimagine business models, and deliver human-centred solutions responsibly. We design governance, risk, and architecture patterns that enable trustworthy adoption and tangible value, informed by Deloitte’s global research, alliances, and delivery experience.
As a Manager, you will lead low-to-moderate complexity engagements or workstreams on larger programs. You will remain hands-on at key points while delegating to a high-performing team, focusing on client stakeholder engagement, shaping the delivery approach, and proactively managing risks and outcomes. During projects you will be actively supported by a Director to set you up for success.
We are hiring for expertise in:
-
Technology strategy and operating model design
-
Enterprise and solution architecture
-
Cloud strategy and transformation
-
Business case and TCO modelling
-
Architecture governance and tooling
-
Engineering enablement and DevOps advisory
Location & Experience
-
Location: Flexible across Australia
-
Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience preferred (flexible based on capability and potential)
What will your typical day look like?
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to design delivery approaches, oversee execution, and land measurable outcomes. You will apply Generative AI patterns, governance, and architectures responsibly, using Deloitte guardrails to ensure secure, explainable, and trustworthy adoption.
