Work you'll do:

As a senior member of our Consulting Strategy & Transformation team, you will work closely with the Consulting Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and other top senior leaders within the firm to solve a range of strategic problems and help the business take advantage of significant market opportunities. You will be a thought partner, bringing an independent point of view and collaborating with a team that offers unparalleled career development opportunities and access to leadership. Your insights will contribute to a diversity of ideas in working across the Consulting business in Australia, in Asia Pacific and across our global network on unique and challenging strategy projects.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing a strategic mindset and structured approach to problem solving, driven by intellectual curiosity
  • Conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis using the appropriate tools and technologies
  • Developing an intuitive understanding of the professional services industry and broader business environment
  • Communicating your ideas clearly and with conviction to senior stakeholders through effective written and oral communication
  • Managing a portfolio of strategic projects and getting stuck-in to the detail with self-direction and a commitment to quality
  • Investing in the professional development of yourself and the team members with enthusiasm

As a Manager in the Consulting Strategy & Transformation team, you will be considered a safe pair of hands, someone who thinks laterally, develops innovative ideas and solutions, is comfortable with ambiguity, doesn’t mind getting stuck into a data -set, is inclusive and comfortable in a meeting without a fixed agenda…


You will be a passionate self-starter who is results-oriented. You will value collaboration, bold thinking and will thrive working with a dynamic, creative and intelligent team.


As well as this, you will have: 

  • University degree with outstanding academic record from a leading Australian or Overseas university or business school
  • 4-7 years’ experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, in either client-facing or an internal corporate strategy function  
  • Exceptional analytical, design and strategic problem-solving skills to derive relevant strategic insight
  • Demonstrated ability in building strong relationships and working within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven experience in leading multiple priorities in parallel
  • Outstanding communications skills with the ability to present insights and craft stories in compelling, insightful ways
  • Comfortable with a non-linear process, comfort in ambiguity, and flexibility to adjust as things shift.
