Do you want to work with an intellectually curious team of professionals working to continuously improve audit quality by providing our audit practitioners with the right tools and resources to execute high quality audits?

 

About the team
The Audit Execution team which is part of the Audit Quality and Risk team (AAQR) is responsible for supporting the audit practice as they execute audit engagements by ensuring teams have the right resources and tools available to them at the right time. This is achieved through the development and deployment of content and guidance, and performing consultations directly with engagement teams on audit quality and methodology matters.

 

What will your typical day look like?
As part of the Audit Execution team, you will be contributing to shaping how we support audit practitioners now and in the future.

In addition, new global audit software solutions will be deployed in the next 6 to 18 months, and we are seeking additional team members to help support the development of Australian specific content for use by our Australian audit practitioners.

We are looking for someone with:

  • CA qualified (or similar) with 5+ years audit or other relevant experience
  • Robust analytic skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for working on strategic initiatives in a collaborative environment
  • Able to work independently and without daily supervision
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all different levels of staff including cross-functional collaboration and global counterparts
  • Passion for contributing to and facilitating the continuous improvement of audit quality
  • Interest in understanding and deploying new/updated tools and resources with strong problem-solving capabilities and an interest in innovative and creative thinking
