About The Team
Our Audit & Assurance team provides tailored advisory and audit services to meet our clients’ unique circumstances and complexities. We design and execute audit procedures based on our understanding of our clients' businesses, the risks they face, and their internal control processes. We’re known for our people-first culture, client focus, and ability to think differently.

You’ll also gain exposure to derivative valuations, model risk, and trade reporting
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you’ll take on a leadership position within our growing Audit & Assurance team, with responsibility for guiding projects, mentoring junior team members, and partnering with clients on complex financial risk matters.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead the delivery of market risk and financial risk engagements, with exposure to APS 116, APS 117, APS 210, CPS 226, and related international Basel regulatory standards
- Oversee and support team members, ensuring responsibilities are shared effectively, communication flows, and senior stakeholders are kept informed on progress
- Challenge and review financial risk models to assess their robustness and identify areas for improvement
- Design and develop advanced quantitative financial risk and pricing models to help clients address technical and regulatory challenges
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We’re looking for a Manager who brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for financial markets and regulatory change. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A tertiary or post-graduate qualification in Actuarial, Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, Quantitative Finance, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a consulting firm or large financial institution
- Hands-on experience in market risk or derivative valuation (preferred)
- Proficiency in working with data and building financial models using tools such as SQL, R, or Python (desirable)
- Strong interest in financial markets and evolving regulatory requirement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A collaborative leadership style and adaptability to new approaches
- Curiosity, a growth mindset, and the confidence to proactively bring forward ideas
