This Junior Network Engineer role is based full-time in our QQT office in Sydney and is a great fit if you're looking to build strong technical foundations while supporting the networks that keep our business connected and secure.
What will your typical day look like?
You’ll support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure across Deloitte environments, working with technologies spanning LAN, WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. That includes logging and managing requests through ServiceNow, helping resolve connectivity issues, and keeping documentation of configurations, changes, and fixes up to date.
Day to day, your work will help colleagues stay connected, productive, and secure. You'll also contribute to onsite support activities such as hardware collection, asset relocation, and logistics, giving you a broad view of how network operations and end-user support come together in practice.
Working closely with senior engineers, you’ll get exposure to network upgrades, operational improvements, and best practice approaches to reliability, redundancy, and security. It’s a role with plenty of variety, practical learning, and room to grow as your confidence and technical depth build.
