About the team

Our Cyber Intelligence Centre (CIC) provides managed security services including cyber threat monitoring, threat intelligence, threat hunting, vulnerability management, managed EDR, DevSecOps, cloud security, identity management, data protection and a number of other services.


About the Role

This position based in Melbourne forms a key role in the Australian CIC. We are looking for an experienced identity and access management professional who can take a senior role in the team supporting our largest and most critical client environments.


As part of the CIC IAM managed service team, you will be responsible for on-boarding new clients to the service, handling technical queries, troubleshooting incidents and problems, managing solution configuration and communicating with our clients.


The candidate must have prior experience in Sailpoint or CyberArk however least any of the 4 technologies below would be of interest.

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and problem solving skills who can deliver effective solutions in a timely manner. Ideally the candidate will have previous hands-on experience working in IAM support or on other operational support engagements. The candidate should be motivated to proactively take on business problems and deliver technical solutions on-time and on-budget.

•    Bachelor's degree in a technical IT field or equivalent work or educational experience
•    Knowledge and experience on at least one of Sailpoint/Cyberark Knowledge of a bonus Forgerock / Okta / Azure AD
•    Working knowledge of the basic IAM architecture
•    Experience with scripting such as PowerShell, python, LinuxShell, MySQL &/or Java, ansible
•    Experience implementing and operating monitoring and alerting solutions for IAM solutions
•    Experience conducting disaster recovery exercises for variety of IAM solutions

•    Experience applying software patches (Forgerock / CyberArk / Sailpoint / Okta) and creating standard operating procedures
•    Experience working with git repositories
•    Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Active Directory: account modification, AD structure, LDAP queries and extension attributes (intermediate to advanced)
•    Ability to design and build logical workflows based on existing processes
•    Comprehensive knowledge of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)
•    Understating of SSO concepts such as integrated windows authentication, SAML, OIDC, LDAP etc
•    Good at documentation and reusing the information
•    Working experience with Windows and Unix Server operating systems
•    Detail oriented with critical thinking skills
