We’re seeking an HR Manager to join our Talent team across our Strategy, Risk and Transactions portfolio. You’ll use your passion for building trusted relationships across all levels to create a positive, high-performing workplace where our people can truly thrive.
What will your typical day look like?
Every day is an opportunity to influence, advise, and lead. As a key business partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders; understanding their needs and designing strategic and operational initiatives that enhance engagement, drive retention, and foster a strong, positive culture. You’ll champion coaching and development for leaders and colleagues alike, oversee remuneration and reward, and manage complex ER matters. You’ll collaborate with the broader Talent team on high-impact employee experience initiatives across the business bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to everything you do. This role has one direct report that you will have oversight of.
About the team
The role is within the BU Talent team partnering Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) and part of an energetic team who provide best in class support for our employee experience. We work flexibly to ensure we collaborate and connect with our leaders and the broader talent team both virtually and in location.

You’re an experienced HR professional and business partner who:
- 5+ years HR generalist foundation with an ability to think strategically and translate this into practical operational outcomes.
- Has a strong track record in matrix environments or professional services, thriving in fast-paced settings.
- Impressive interpersonal skills to nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, and able to leverage these relationships to positively challenge thinking and influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent engagement, workforce planning, remuneration strategy, and complex ER case management.
- Experience of coaching and someone who cares for the development of their people and the broader team.
- Proactive planning, data analysis, and clear communication
