We’re seeking an HR Manager to join our Talent team across our Enabling Area portfolio for 12-months. You’ll use your passion for building trusted relationships across all levels to create a positive, high-performing workplace where our people can truly thrive.
What will your typical day look like?
Every day is an opportunity to influence, advise, and lead. As a key business partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders; understanding their needs and designing strategic and operational initiatives that enhance engagement, drive retention, and foster a strong, positive culture. You’ll champion coaching and development for leaders and colleagues alike, oversee remuneration and reward, and manage complex ER matters.
Alongside managing your own portfolio, you’ll collaborate with the broader Talent team on high-impact employee experience initiatives across the business bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to everything you do. Your proactive planning, data analysis, and clear communication will keep our practice focused and on track.

You’re an experienced HR professional and business partner who:
- Brings 5+ years’ HR generalist experience, partnering with and influencing senior leadership teams
- Has a strong track record in matrix environments or professional services, thriving in fast-paced settings
- Excels at building relationships, driving initiatives, and navigating complex challenges
- Demonstrates expertise in talent engagement, workforce planning, remuneration strategy, and ER case management
- Communicates and negotiates confidently with senior leaders
- Is highly organised, data-driven, and detail-oriented
- Brings hands-on experience in coaching and team leadership
