We are looking for a HR Consultant/Senior HR Consultant in Sydney or Brisbane who is great at building relationships across all levels and passionate about creating a differentiated work experience for our people.

 

What will your typical day look like?

You will be part of the HR team within Deloitte in Australia. We are an energetic team who collaborate and connect with our leaders and the broader talent team both virtually and in location to provide best in class support for our business unit.

No two days are the same as you collaborate with local and national client groups whilst working with the other teams in Talent. You will work on everyday moments that matter to our people such as HR advice, talent management, ER and WHS management, and reward and recognition. You will have responsibility for specific portfolios and business areas, and also have the opportunity to be part of firmwide projects.

You will have: 

  • A strong HR business partnering background and can build strong stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment

  • Excellent HR generalist skills with experience dealing with employee relations matters

  • Strong influencing and communication skills across all levels

  • The ability to think big picture, and be outcome focused and resilient

  • Experience in a fast paced, growth environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent data analytics skills
