HR Consultant - Strategy, Risk & Transactions | 12-month opportunity

We are seeking an HR Consultant based in Sydney or Melbourne to join our high performing HR team. This is an opportunity to:

What will your typical day look like?

No two days in this role will be the same. As an HR Consultant in SR&T you will be able to grow and develop your skills as you provide advice and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.  You’ll help the team to drive key talent activities within your portfolios and across the broader SR&T talent team and will provide analysis and insights that will help to drive decision making. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with local and national client groups whilst working with Talent teams across Leadership and Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility and Employee Relations to deliver exceptional HR generalist support to our business.

You will have: 

• 1-2+ years HR Advisor experience which will ideally include experience with Employee Relations (ER) processes
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders 
• Experience of a fast paced, growth environment and the delivery of creative and innovative talent solutions
• A strong sense of team and the ability to work collaboratively with peers
• Proven data analytic capability, including interpretation and analysis
