We are seeking a Guest Experience Manager to join our Client Services team based in Sydney. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Quay Quarter Tower office, offering the opportunity to lead the delivery of exceptional client experiences across a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
What will your typical day look like?
- In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of client-facing services across multiple floors, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, events, and internal activations. From high-volume catering and barista service through to premium dining and cocktail events, you’ll bring a hands-on leadership style to orchestrate a wide range of service experiences.
- You’ll spend your time coordinating with internal stakeholders, agency staff, and external vendors to ensure every interaction is delivered with precision and professionalism. Whether it’s leading floor briefings, managing staffing coverage, or proactively resolving issues in real time, you’ll play a central role in creating a consistently high-quality experience for clients and teams.

- Our Guest Experience team is at the heart of Deloitte’s client engagement, delivering premium service across our Sydney office. Based in Quay Quarter Tower, the team operates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, supporting a wide range of meetings, events, and business activities.
- You’ll be joining a collaborative and professional team that values excellence, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. With strong partnerships across Workplace, vendors, and business stakeholders, the team plays a critical role in shaping how clients and employees experience Deloitte.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Proven experience in hospitality or event operations leadership within a premium or corporate environment
- Strong ability to manage multiple service styles and environments simultaneously
- Experience managing agency or casual workforce models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and forward planning capability
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and ability to lead by example
- Experience coordinating vendors and delivering high-quality service outcomes
- A passion for delivering exceptional client and guest experiences
