Join our Guest Services Team! We’re looking for a Guest Experience Consultant to join our high-performing team at Quay Quarter Tower, Sydney.

What will your typical day look like?
- As a Guest Experience Consultant, you’ll be the visible face of Deloitte, creating a welcoming, seamless experience for clients, guests, and colleagues. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our workplace is experienced each day, combining concierge services, administrative coordination, hosting, and event support.
- You’ll spend your time between the Concierge Desk and Welcome Pod—greeting visitors, managing enquiries, and delivering a professional first impression. You’ll coordinate and monitor meeting and event bookings, support the preparation and smooth delivery of meetings and events, and handle requests via email or in person.
- This role requires anticipating needs, adapting to changing priorities, and resolving issues calmly and professionally, ensuring every interaction reflects Deloitte’s standards of excellence. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams, providing proactive support and contributing positively to the culture and reputation of our workplace.
About the team
The Deloitte Guest Experience team offers a 5 star, personalized, high-touch service for meetings, seminars, executive dining and formal events. We operate a across levels 44-47 with stunning views and encompassing a tech-advanced event centre, a 200 Pax Seminar area, function areas, client lounge, boardrooms and terrace.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

Experience in concierge, hospitality, events, front-of-house, or customer service environments

A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality client and guest experiences

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organisation

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A warm, professional, and approachable manner

Resilient and composed under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset

Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and operational requirements
