What will your typical day look like?
Day-to-day, you'll be working with teams and clients to turn strategic priorities into practical change across operations, processes and technology. You'll help shape how organisations improve performance, redesign customer and workforce experiences, and deliver transformation programs that create measurable business value. In the role, you'll:
- support the design of operating models, business processes and service improvements that align teams, technology and customer outcomes
- contribute to transformation programs by analysing current-state operations, identifying improvement opportunities and helping develop practical recommendations
- work with client and project teams to prepare deliverables, research sector trends and support the implementation of technology-enabled business change
About the team
The Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions team sits within Tech & Transformation Business Unit and works with organisations facing some of their most important transformation challenges. The team helps clients modernise core business operations by combining sector knowledge with technology, operations and delivery expertise. You'll work across problems that span operating models, process improvement, customer and administrative experience, and enterprise-wide transformation. It is a team where you'll learn by working closely with experienced practitioners who value practical thinking, curiosity and continuous improvement. You'll work on real transformation challenges across sectors including banking and insurance, healthcare, and government and public sector.
As part of the firm-wide Graduate Program, you'll have structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You'll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, with flexible work options and wellbeing support as you grow.

We're seeking final-year students or recent graduates (within two years) to join our Graduate Program. You may have all or some of the following:
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Interest in technology-enabled business transformation, process improvement and operating model design
- Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback
- Alignment with Deloitte's values and inclusive culture
- You'll be studying towards or have completed a relevant degree, such as Commerce, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science or related disciplines

- Start date: March 2027
- Program type: Full-time, permanent

- Eligibility: Final-year students or recent graduates (within two years), PR or Australian citizen
