Do you have an Accounting, Business, Finance, Commerce or Legal background and want to get involved in helping clients through complex financial challenges? In our Turnaround & Restructuring business you’ll assist on diverse and engaging assignments across restructuring, performance improvement and formal insolvency.  

 

Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You’ll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, flexible work options, and wellbeing support as you grow your skills and confidence.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Advise on impactful client engagements, focusing on helping clients to analyse and understand the performance and position of their business,
  • Help develop restructuring and insolvency strategies and support our clients through successful implementation.  
  • Conduct financial analyses
  • Preparing investigative reports
  • Assist on independent business reviews and turnaround assignments
  • Manage day-to-day issues and communicate with stakeholders on insolvency assignments

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

 

We’re seeking final year students or recent graduates (within 2 years) to join our graduate program.  As a bright, ambitious and hard-working student, you’ll also:  

  • Be studying or have completed a degree / major in Accounting (Preferred), Business, Commerce, Finance or Law
  • Have an inquisitive nature and an insatiable hunger to learn
  • Have strong problem solving, financial analysis & investigative skills
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal & report writing skills
  • Be looking to pursue postgraduate study (e.g. CA) - in which you will have our 100% support!
  • Has Australian permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand Citizenship
