Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You’ll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, flexible work options, and wellbeing support as you grow your skills and confidence.

About the team
If you’re passionate about making a real impact, our Infrastructure Strategy & Commercial Advisory team is the team for you. As part of the wider Infrastructure & Industrials practice, this team works where government and the private sector meet to deliver the nations crucial infrastructure and critical service systems.
From project conception to commissioning into service, the team works with State and Federal Government and Defence to deliver the infrastructure and service systems that connect our communities, power our economy, educate our citizens and protect our nation.
We support our clients throughout the infrastructure project lifecycle, covering investment strategy, options analysis and selection, business case development, project feasibility, commercial strategy, contract design and risk allocation, financial structuring, procurement design and delivery.

Our Infrastructure Strategy & Commercial Advisory team is looking for team members with an interest in social and economic infrastructure and public services delivery.
We think about whole projects and the delivery outcomes for our clients and the communities and economies they support. Thinking about infrastructure and service systems that are value for money, accessible, inclusive and constantly adapting to our changing environment, needs and preferences.
The Infrastructure Strategy & Commercial Advisory offering covers the entire life cycle of an infrastructure project, grouped into four main pillars:
- Business Case & Strategy – Shaping, optimising and managing business cases and strategy.
- Commercial Advisory - Structuring the project for optimal value, balancing risk, complexity, cost and deliverability.
- Real Estate Advisory – Navigating the real estate intersection with infrastructure and economic precincts
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in any of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Law or a combination
- A strong interest in Government, public policy and economics
- Comfortable with numbers and data analytics
- An excellent communicator – you’re articulate and possess strong writing skills
- Drive and a strong passion for learning
- Australian permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand Citizenship.
