Part Analysis. Part Advisory. Real estate is a critical element of most businesses in Australia whether as an owner, an occupier, an investor, a developer or government. From Strategic Advisory, Occupier Advisory, Transactions, to Project and Construction advisory, our Real Estate team helps clients make the most of their property across the entire property lifecycle.

 

Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You’ll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, flexible work options, and wellbeing support as you grow your skills and confidence.

About the team

 

If you’re passionate about making a real impact, our Infrastructure Strategy & Commercial Advisory team is the team for you. As part of the wider Infrastructure & Industrials practice, this team focuses on assisting our clients to take a strategic approach to property and translating corporate goals through the property lifecycle.

 

In your role, you will be conducting in depth property market research to support benchmarking activities, investment/divestment decisions, development feasibility analysis, valuations and general property advice. You will assist in undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis, cost modelling, and preparing foundational correspondence, including reports and presentations, and building relationships within the team (internally and externally).

Our Infrastructure Strategy & Commercial Advisory team is looking for team members with an interest in social and economic infrastructure and public services delivery. 

 

We think about whole projects and the delivery outcomes for our clients and the communities and economies they support. Thinking about infrastructure and service systems that are value for money, accessible, inclusive and constantly adapting to our changing environment, needs and preferences.

 

The Infrastructure Strategy & Commercial Advisory offering covers the entire life cycle of an infrastructure project, grouped into four main pillars: 

  1. Business Case & Strategy – Shaping, optimising and managing business cases and strategy.
  2. Commercial Advisory - Structuring the project for optimal value, balancing risk, complexity, cost and deliverability.
  3. Real Estate Advisory – Navigating the real estate intersection with infrastructure and economic precincts

We are looking for someone with: 

  • A passion for property and all things real estate.
  • An attention to detail and a little bit of a perfectionist!
  • Strong business report writing capability
  • Sound research and analytics capability
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Property or Land Economics, Construction and Valuation.
