Projects in infrastructure, property and major capital delivery have real consequences, shaping how communities grow, how organisations invest and how critical assets perform. Through Deloitte's Graduate Program, you'll join the Project Advisory & Delivery team in Sydney and build practical experience supporting complex programs across the development lifecycle.
What will your typical day look like?
Day to day, you'll be supporting complex programs and projects, helping teams keep delivery on track across planning, coordination and reporting. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and build hands-on experience across program delivery, strategic planning and operations.

Assisting with tracking program progress, milestones and deliverables across complex projects

Coordinating activities across project teams and helping keep workstreams aligned to schedule

Supporting risk management, reporting and day-to-day delivery activities to help programs run smoothly
As well as learning in the flow of work, you'll also be part of our firm-wide Graduate Program. You'll have a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. About the team
You'll join Deloitte's Project Advisory & Delivery team within Strategy, Risk & Transactions, where you'll work on projects across the full development lifecycle. The team supports clients in sectors including data centres, defence, real estate investment trusts, energy and resources, local government, and private asset ownership and development. Their work is focused on helping clients structure, optimise and deliver major programs, supported by AI-powered tools and digital solutions. It's a strong environment to learn how complex projects move from strategy into delivery, while building practical skills with people who know the work deeply.

We're seeking final-year students or recent graduates (within two years) to join our Graduate Program.
You may have all or some of the following:

Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Interest in project advisory, major program delivery and infrastructure development

Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback

You'll be studying towards or have completed a relevant degree, such as Finance, Engineering, Property, Project Management, Architecture, Science, Commerce or Business
