Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You’ll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, flexible work options, and wellbeing support as you grow your skills and confidence.

What will your typical day look like?
As part of our team, you'll work on meaningful, real-world programs that shape how major projects are planned, delivered, and operated. You’ll gain hands on experience, learn from experienced professionals, and build practical skills while supporting clients across a range of industries.
You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, learn on the job, and build a strong foundation in program delivery, strategy, and operations.
Who will you be working with?
As part of Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transactions practice, our Project Advisory & Delivery team is looking for team members keen to participate in leading projects in all phases of the development lifecycle. We tailor our service to the needs of our clients and optimise programs tailored for transformation and delivery, maximising outcomes through strategic and commercial structure, all supported by AI powered tools and digital solutions. We work in all major industry sectors.
Our client portfolio includes working with the Data Centre Industry, Defence, Real Estate Investment Trusts. Energy and Resources, Local Government clients and Private asset owners and developers.

We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in any of the following areas: Finance, Engineering, Property, Project Management, Architecture, Sciences, Commerce, or Business
- A strong interest in the property development lifecycle
- Comfortable with numbers and data analytics
- An excellent communicator – you’re articulate and possess strong writing skills
- Drive and a strong passion for learning
- Australian permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand Citizenship
