Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You’ll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, flexible work options, and wellbeing support as you grow your skills and confidence.

About the team
This M&A team brings diverse thinkers from commerce, quantitative finance, science, mathematics, and consulting to work together in a dynamic and creative environment. You can learn from the best as you craft bespoke solutions for our clients!
Data Analytics lets you go deeper into the data to find the story behind the deal - while there’s still time to act and accelerate your insights when it matters most.
The team provides clients with dedicated support for a transaction or potential transaction. Typically, this involves the investigation of the target from a variety of perspectives to assist our clients in making an informed decision on the deal.
What will your typical day look like?
Every day brings different challenges and opportunities in the Data Analytics team. From day one, you’ll be trusted with real responsibilities such as:

Assisting in designing and developing flexible and extensible analytic solutions that encompass people, process and technology to deliver tangible value to our client’s business and M&A purpose

Strategy – Implementation - Analysis and decision support – Integration

Synergy capture
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback, and collaboration.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We’re seeking final year students or recent graduates (within 2 years) to join our graduate program. As a naturally curious, bright, ambitious and hard-working student, you’ll also:

Be studying or completed a relevant degree in Data, Mathematics/Statistics, IT/IS/Computer Science, Software Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business/Commerce, Engineering and anything analytical

Have an inquisitive nature and an insatiable hunger to learn more
-
Possesses strong analytical and/or quantitative skills

Have a unique approach to problem-solving with an ability to think logically, analytically, and creatively

Be a strong communicator – both verbal and written

Be an Australian permanent resident or Australian/New Zealand Citizen
While Knowledge of SQL/R/Alteryx/Python/Tableau/QlikView/GitHub/VBA is not a must, it will be beneficial in the role.
