We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant (Parental leave cover) to join the Brand and Marketing team full time! This an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contribute to major opportunities, and set Deloitte apart in the market.
What will your typical day look like?
You will be responsible for managing campaign production activity within one of our agile marketing teams, helping to bring marketing initiatives to life through strong coordination, planning and stakeholder engagement. Your day may involve building and overseeing project timelines, managing sprint activity, coordinating campaign assets, refining copy, aligning strategic inputs and keeping stakeholders informed on progress. You will work closely with internal teams, senior partners and production partners to ensure campaign materials are delivered to a high standard and support broader campaign objectives. You may also support event delivery, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution as part of integrated campaign activity.
About the team
The role sits within Growth’s Brand and Marketing team and supports the delivery of marketing campaigns across the business. The Campaign Producer works within one of three agile teams that form part of a broader agile squad, partnering with stakeholders to coordinate campaign delivery from planning through to execution. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be part of a collaborative environment focused on delivering effective, timely and high-quality marketing outcomes.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- Business or marketing-related tertiary qualifications, or 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing, campaign production or project coordination role
- Experience coordinating campaign activity, project timelines, sprint planning and production workflows in a complex stakeholder environment
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and moving parts in a fast-paced setting
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop, refine and coordinate campaign copy and stakeholder updates
- Experience working with production partners, internal resources or contractors to deliver high-quality campaign assets
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, brand-aligned and high-quality outputs
- A collaborative mindset, proactive approach to problem solving and ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Resilience, adaptability and confidence working through changing priorities and tight timeframes
- Experience supporting event delivery or integrated campaign activity would be advantageous
