We are currently looking to hire a Team Co-ordinator to support the wider Global Mobility Tax team in delivering exceptional service to our growing business.

 

About the team


With global growth comes greater employment complexities - that’s where we come in. Deloitte Global Employer Services (GES) help multinational corporations navigate multifaceted tax laws and labour regulations. Combining tax research and data analytics, we give advice on global compensation, visa and work permits, employment taxes and policy design for international assignments.

 
What will your typical day look like?

 

This is a crucial support role where you will support a number of team members with various functions. As a client support officer, you will assist with various client administrative tasks. Key tasks will include:

 

  • Tax office lodgements for National Global Mobility Tax and National Employment Tax (personal tax return and FBT returns, adding and removing clients from lodgement program, application requests such as remission of interest and penalties)
  • Attending to queries from the ATO and other relevant government bodies
  • Updating tax software and online portal with client information
  • Accurately draft and save file notes and correspondence, and application related file management

You are someone with strong:

 

  • Interpersonal skills required to team effectively with our team
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills and able to handle large volumes of work
  • Experience dealing with the ATO would be advantageous
  • Clear and plain-English writing style
