Our First Nations Graduate Program is designed for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students who are ready to launch their career with meaningful, real-world experience in a leading professional services environment.

This is a permanent, full-time role from day one, designed to build capability, confidence and long-term career pathways. You’ll work on real client engagements while contributing to purpose-led initiatives that support Indigenous businesses and communities.

 

About the Program

As a First Nations Graduate, you will:

  • Work on live client projects within your chosen service line
  • Contribute to meaningful work that may support Indigenous businesses and community initiatives
  • Build strong technical foundations aligned to your degree
  • Develop core professional skills including communication, problem solving and stakeholder engagement
  • Join a national network of First Nations professionals and allies

From your first week, you’ll be part of a team, contributing to real deliverables and gaining exposure to clients, senior leaders and complex business challenges.

As a Graduate, you may:

  • Support client engagements through research, analysis and structured problem-solving
  • Prepare reports, insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build commercial understanding across industries


Structured Support & Cultural Mentoring

We understand that starting your career is a significant transition, and that culturally safe support matters.

Throughout the program, you will be paired with:

  • An Indigenous Mentor within the business who provides cultural guidance, connection and leadership insight
  • A Buddy in your team to support your day-to-day learning and workplace navigation
  • A Coach who focuses on your development, performance conversations and long-term career progression

You’ll also have access to structured graduate learning, technical training and professional development workshops designed to accelerate your growth.

Community & Connectivity

As part of the program, you’ll have opportunities to:

  • Connect with First Nations employee networks and leaders
  • Engage in cultural initiatives and community partnerships
  • Build relationships with peers nationally

Program Eligibility

Our First Nations Graduate Program is right for you if:

  • You are of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
  • You have completed (or are completing) an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • You are eligible to work in Australia
  • Students from all disciplines are encouraged to apply
