About the role  

We are seeking a Director to play a senior leadership role in driving the growth and delivery of BPaaS and Finance Operate opportunities in the market.

This role is ideal for a leader who is equally comfortable shaping and closing complex Operate‑to‑Transform deals as they are leading large‑scale deliveries. You will collaborate closely with Partners and senior leaders across Deloitte to build pipeline, develop differentiated BPaaS propositions and lead the successful mobilisation and delivery of complex client engagements.

 

You are someone who can:

  • Drive growth of the BPaaS and Finance Operate market offering, partnering closely with ETPaaS leadership to set and execute strategic priorities.
  • Originate, shape, and support the sale of large, complex Operate‑to‑Transform and BPaaS deals, often multi‑year and multi‑tower in nature.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Finance processes, operating models and enabling technologies to design compelling, client‑centric solutions aligned to business strategy.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CFO, Group Finance, Transformation and Finance Systems leaders).
  • Lead solution design workshops, commercial discussions, and transition planning sessions with clients.
  • Provide hands‑on leadership across delivery, transition, and mobilisation, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, sustainably and to agreed commercial parameters.
  • Oversee multiple client engagements concurrently, managing governance, risk, service performance, and financial outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.
  • Contribute to proposal development, market offerings, thought leadership and go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Continuously drive growth through client expansion, capability development, and people leadership.

 

This role requires strong people leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance client outcomes, delivery excellence, and business growth.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:

  • 12+ years’ experience in professional services or consulting.
  • Proven experience in BPaaS, Operate, Managed Services or Operate‑to‑Transform delivery.
  • Strong background across Finance and business processes (e.g. Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, FP&A, Financial Systems).
  • Demonstrated success shaping, selling, or contributing to large, complex deals, including commercials and transition models.
  • Experience leading large, diverse, and distributed teams, virtually and face‑to‑face.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex delivery models into clear executive insights.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand client challenges and position differentiated BPaaS solutions.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and developing future leaders.
