What will your typical day look like?  

As a Finance Liaison Partner, you will: 

  • Play a pivotal role in driving financial success across the real estate business segments.  

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with client objectives, while effectively managing transformation initiatives within various segments.  

Your ability to partner with clients and offer strategic insights will be essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed. 

  • Lead transformation efforts within segments, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives. 

  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial and management reporting needs, providing expert advice and solutions. 

  • Address client escalations by liaising with offshore teams, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and client concerns are pacified. 

  • Engage in strategic problem solving, using your expertise to drive innovative solutions that enhance business performance. 

Support offshore teams by advocating for their work and contributions, while maintaining clear communication lines without direct supervision responsibilities

You are someone with:  

  • Proven industry experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial control with minimum 10 years, property development experience will be crucial. 

  • Ability to prepare and present comprehensive financial and management reports to stakeholders. 

  • Skilled in analysing financial data, identifying trends, and recommending actions to improve segment performance. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Ability to collaborate closely with business leaders and offshore teams. 

  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools. 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
