We’re hiring! We are seeking talented individuals from Consultant to Director levels with experience in the transport sector to join our national transport team. Our team is growing rapidly in response to market demands for transport professionals who can solve complex business problems.

Our national transport team is passionate about shaping the future of sustainable transport in Australia. We help solve some of the sector’s biggest challenges, and we are pioneering transport innovation with emerging technologies and tools.

 

About the team

Deloitte’s national transport team is a diverse team comprised of specialists across strategy, policy, consulting, technology, data, analytics, customer, risk and financial advisory teams.

You will be part of a collaborative national team that identifies and builds transport solutions that are practical as well as visionary, and that make an impact that matters.

From solving air and ground transport network issues through our industry-first Optimal Reality digital twin solution, delivering some of Australia’s largest transport infrastructure projects, to helping our clients shift towards net zero emissions, we are the partner of choice.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.  

We’re looking for diverse candidates at all career levels with experience in the transport sector:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working within a public or private transport agency or operator (Consultant through to Director level roles)
  • Experience in one or more transport modes - rail, road, air, water
  • Demonstrable skills in one or more areas of transport policy, consulting, strategy, data analytics, program or project management, risk advisory, tax, financial and economic advisory, digital transformation, human capital and workforce.
  • Highly regarded - specialist skills in transport technology, AI, cyber, digital twins, data science and engineering, visualisation, contract management, transport asset management and/or transport strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field
