At Deloitte Digital, our Experimentation team partners with large corporate clients to drive their digital growth through strategic experimentation programs. Formerly known as Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), our approach has evolved but the core objective remains the same: leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user experiences and maximise conversion rates. As a full-service team, we cover every aspect of the experimentation lifecycle, including strategy, design, development, QA, and reporting. This role particularly focuses on the strategic component, helping clients devise and implement effective experimentation strategies that yield measurable business outcomes.

What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will collaborate with the Experimentation Market Offering lead and key partners to develop go-to-market strategies for our experimentation offering. You will work to integrate this offering seamlessly into other Deloitte Digital services, enhancing its value and impact. Partnering with offshore teams, you will continuously improve the offering’s capabilities, driving innovation and effectiveness. Additionally, you will cultivate key client relationships, identifying opportunities across priority clients and segments to expand our reach and deliver exceptional value.

Required Experience:

Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to define and execute go-to-market strategies for digital products or services, including positioning, launch, and scaling. Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive market adoption and achieve business growth. Management consulting or internal consulting experience at a top tier firm will be well regarded.

Experimentation Expertise: Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalisation. Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and analysing data-driven experiments to optimize customer experiences and drive decision-making will be well regarded

Collaboration and Integration: Strong track record of working with internal stakeholders, such as product development, marketing, and sales teams, to integrate experimentation capabilities into broader organizational offerings and initiatives.

Client Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders. Adept at identifying opportunities to deliver value through experimentation and securing buy-in for transformative initiatives.

Operational Excellence: Experience working with global and offshore teams to enhance capabilities, streamline processes, and scale experimentation platforms. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools used to manage experimentation programs.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of market trends and technologies driving digital transformation, customer experience optimisation, and experimentation practices across industries.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including market research, positioning, competitive analysis, and value proposition articulation.

Digital Transformation: Deep understanding of digital ecosystems and how experimentation can accelerate customer experience optimisation and business growth

Data Analysis and Insights: Proficient in leveraging data analytics tools and platforms to interpret experiment results, generate actionable insights, and inform strategic recommendations

Team Enablement: Skilled in mentoring and upskilling cross-functional teams to adopt experimentation mindsets and practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Client Engagement: Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, aligning experimentation initiatives with client priorities, and delivering measurable value to high-profile accounts

Technology Integration: Familiarity with leading experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target) and their integration into broader technology stacks and workflows

Global Collaboration: Experience in coordinating with offshore and distributed teams to optimize resources, enhance capabilities, and deliver high-quality outcomes at scale
