What will your typical day look like?
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Employment Brand, this role is focused on engaging with senior talent across defined job families/skillsets that are essential to our firm’s growth plans. You’ll also have a specific focus on impacting the diversity agenda at these senior levels, which means you’ll be directly involved in shifting the dial when it comes to the representation of senior females across our firm. This is a senior level, individual contributor role that leverages the expertise and support of a rapidly growing Sourcing & Employer Brand team, while partnering closely with the firm’s key stakeholders and our Talent Acquisition colleagues in order to develop and deliver recruitment strategies in key strategic areas.


You will carry out market research as necessary into specific geographies aligned to your job families from which the business is looking to recruit, build talent pipelines and understand the landscape of the market further. Utilising this data will assist you in advising on the best recruitment strategy to take to the business in collaboration with your aligned Talent Acquisition Specialists.

You are someone with:

  • Extensive experience in an Executive Search role within either agency and/or internal/RPO environments
  • Detailed understanding of market & talent mapping, data utilisation, contemporary research, sourcing methodologies, and industry best practice related to Sourcing
  • Strong appreciation for recruitment metrics, reporting & analysis, with the ability to showcase the success of our work through senior level stakeholder engagement
  • Detailed knowledge of operating Sourcing CRM technologies, ideally Avature or similar
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs / environments
