Join Deloitte’s Brand & Marketing team, where you’ll deliver event-led client experiences and marketing activities that helps connect our brand, our clients and our Deloitte Partners and people. 

 

What will your typical day look like? 

You’ll manage end-to-end delivery of events and client experience activity, from planning timelines and coordinating assets through to vendor management, stakeholder alignment and on-the-day execution. Much of your time will be spent making sure multiple moving parts come together smoothly, with every detail supporting the broader marketing and business objective. 

A big part of the role is creating experiences that feel polished, relevant and tailored to the audience. That could mean shaping invitations and target lists, managing RSVPs, coordinating promotional and post-event communications, or working with internal teams to ensure each event strengthens client engagement and Deloitte’s market presence. 

Working closely with Partners, business stakeholders, venues and suppliers, you’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced delivery environment where priorities can shift quickly. Success in this role comes from staying organised, thinking ahead, solving problems calmly and continuously looking for ways to improve how events and event-led marketing are delivered.

The team brings together event delivery, marketing strategy, content and stakeholder collaboration to support business priorities, enhance client relationships and build brand presence. It’s a team that values fresh thinking, strong delivery discipline and people who care about creating experiences that leave a lasting impression. 

 

Enough about us, let's talk about you 

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, events, or equivalent relevant experience 

  • Experience delivering events, activations or marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, complex environment 

  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deadlines and competing priorities 

  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, vendors and venues to keep delivery on track 

  • Experience supporting event communications, campaign assets, audience targeting and  related marketing activity 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail 

  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when priorities shift or unexpected challenges come up 

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems or event technologies would be an advantage.
