Equity and Incentives Manager

What will your typical day look like? 
We are a team comprising of tax professionals and legal practitioners specialising in tax and regulatory advisory and compliance management of companies’ employee equity incentive plans. We are currently looking for a high performing and ambitious Manager.


In this dynamic role and team not only will you be advising on successful equity and rewards programs you will also innovate solutions to complex issues for our global clients. Playing an integral role in our growing practice, you’ll have access to great mentors, Directors and Partners that collaborate, innovate and are successful in helping clients navigate their challenges.

Using your Equity, Remuneration expertise and legal knowledge, you will advise on issues such as, designing and implementing organisation remuneration initiatives and performance measures design for executive remuneration.  You will be working closely with teams outside of Tax as well as growing our digital rewards offerings.  


You will also:
•    Help our clients manage their global income tax and legal obligations for the local and global share plan participants
•    Be passionate about digital solutions that help clients of tomorrow with managing their equity needs


About the team 
Deloitte Equity and Rewards is a part of our Global Employer Services team (GES). With global growth comes greater employment complexities - that’s where we come in. Deloitte Global Employer Services help multinational corporations navigate multifaceted tax laws and labour regulations. Combining tax research and data analytics, we give advice on global compensation, Visa and work permits, employment taxes and policy design for international assignments.

You are someone with: 
•    Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with extensive experience in conveying and communicating complex analytical concepts in simple terms
•    Has a deep understanding of Equity taxation and legal requirements in Australia and/or the globe
•    A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively toward common goals and past experience in successfully delivering analytically driven insights
•    An eagerness and commitment to expand your focus and become a tax expert as part of your future role
•    Desire for self and career development
•    A want to contribute to innovation and promote the use of best practise and technology
