What will your typical day look like?
As an individual who sees the power in digital offerings and enjoys providing an elevated client experience, you will have a real passion for delivering innovative solutions to complex issues for our Global clients. Play an integral role in growing our Equity & Incentives practice and have the opportunity to leverage both your Equity Tax, Legal and Technology skills.
In this dynamic role and team, not only will you be advising on successful rewards programs, you will also leverage innovative solutions to manage complex issues for our global clients.
You will:
- Help our clients manage their global income tax and legal obligations for local and global share plan participants
- Understand and support our clients with their income tax withholding requirements during vesting cycles and year end reporting for their global equity plans
- Be passionate about digital solutions that help clients of tomorrow with managing their equity needs
About the team
The current global situation presents many challenges for companies - that’s where we come in. Deloitte GES helps multinational corporations navigate multifaceted tax laws and labour regulations. Combining tax research and data analytics, we give advice on global compensation, visa and work permits, employment taxes, personal tax compliance and policy design for many of the world’s largest companies and their employees.

You are someone who:
- 4-6 years’ experience within the equity and rewards arena
- Enjoys working with a team and is able to work with a diverse range of clients across Australia and other parts of the world
- Self-driven, resourceful, problem solver oriented
- Enjoys working with numbers and technology and is self-motivated drive our digital offerings
- Has a strong understanding of Equity taxation and legal requirements in Australia and/or the globe
- Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively toward common goals and past experience in successfully delivering analytically driven insight
- Understands how to work with clients and vendors to create mapping requirements for integration with technology tool.
